  • What is the Cramer Directory, and who is it for?
    The Cramer Directory is built on the guiding principle of community. It serves as a powerful tool for connecting with new peers and business partners while maintaining relationships with colleagues you meet at industry events. Designed for professionals across the Financial Services Industry, the Directory is ideal for Broker-Dealers, Clearing Firms, Product Manufacturers, Asset Managers, FinTech Companies, Third-Party Wholesalers, and anyone looking to expand their network and foster meaningful connections.
  • Is there a cost to use the Directory?
    No, the Cramer Directory is completely free to use. There are no fees or subscriptions required to access its features and connect with industry professionals.
  • How do I contact support if I have an issue?
    Getting support is simple. Click the first round icon located in the top-right corner of the screen. This will open a new email where you can describe the issue you're experiencing. Our project manager will review your request and respond as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
  • How can I advertise within the Directory?
    Show your support for the industry by advertising in the Cramer Directory. We have a number of options available for both our print (we distribute ~8000 copies annually) and online directory. Please contact Todd Nixon via email at todd.nixon@jackcramer.com or by phone at 716-868-4569.
  • What is your privacy policy?
    Our official privacy policy can be viewed here. Cramer & Associates is committed to protecting your data and ensuring your privacy. All login information is securely encrypted end-to-end to safeguard your personal information.
  • How do I log in to the Directory?
    To log in, click the sign-in icon in the top-right corner, next to the “Order Directory” button. Existing users: Enter your email and password. New users: Click the “Sign Up” link and enter a valid email address to create a password. Select “Create an Account” and then click “Verify your email” in the confirmation email. After verification, return to the login screen and enter your credentials to access the directory.
  • What are the benefits of creating a login for the directory?
    Whether you have created an account or not, each visitor to the Directory will have access to view companies, categories, and contacts. Within the contact screen you will be able to view name and title only. By creating a login, you will have access to enhanced contact information that includes each contact's email, business phone number, and a link to their LinkedIn profile. By clicking on the contact’s email you will be prompted to send an email from your preferred email address. Clicking on the phone number will allow you to dial that phone number either from your phone or desktop. Finally you will be able to create a favorites list, which will reduce having to scroll and search through our 1500+ contacts listed in the Directory.
  • How do I update my contact information?
    Change jobs? Have a new title? Updating your contact info is easy. Click the Help icon in the top right corner of the page and send an email to support@jackcramer.com. Please include your name and updated contact info. In most cases we will be able to update your contact information within 24 hours.
  • Can I update my photo?
    Absolutely. We encourage everyone to be their best self, and that includes being comfortable with your professional photo. Just click the help icon at the top of the page and send us an email with your updated photo. In most cases we will be able to update your photo within 24 hours.
  • How do I add my business/listing?
    To become listed in the Cramer Directory, please reach out to Todd Nixon to discuss available options. Todd can be reached via email at todd.nixon@jackcramer.com or by phone at 716-868-4569. In most cases we are able to add your company within 48 hours.
  • How do I find a specific company?
    In the navigation pane to the left, click on Companies. This will allow you to open the Company Page which is sorted in alpha order by Category. You can search for a specific company by entering the company name in the search area at the top of the page.
  • How do I search for people?
    In the navigation pane to the left click on Contacts. This will allow you to open the Contacts Page which is sorted in alpha order. You can search for a specific contact by entering their name in the search area at the top of the page.
  • Why search by Category?
    Often you may want to see who are Consultants, or the Top 25 Banks, or the list of Credit Unions listed in the Directory. We make it easy to sort and find your existing and potential business partners in the industry by giving you the option to sort by 12 distinct categories.
