Helping Ensure No One Goes Hungry
This Holiday Season
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2025
Since the Fall Insurance Roundtable took place on November 13, we wanted to create a meaningful impact ahead of Thanksgiving. To do so, we partnered with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, a nonprofit dedicated to providing food, shelter, clothing, and recovery programs to individuals and families in need. What began as a small storefront in 1970 now serves more than 20,000 meals each month and provides critical support to thousands seeking stability and a fresh start. The Mission’s work goes beyond meeting basic needs; it restores dignity, builds confidence, and reminds people that they are not forgotten.
Roundtable Participants were invited to donate privately and at their own discretion, knowing that every dollar makes a difference with one meal costing just $2.49. Our goal was simple: to help ensure no one goes hungry this holiday season. Cramer & Associates raised $2,590.98, providing more than 1,000 meals to those in need.
Inspired by the impact we made, we then challenged our Leaders & Champions Roundtable Participants to continue supporting this incredible organization. As we moved into the winter holiday season, the funds raised were repurposed to provide toys for children. All participants were welcome to donate through the Cramer link, with a shared goal of seeing just how much we could raise together. Thanks to this collective effort, we donated a total of $4,047 making the season brighter for countless individuals and families!
We are thankful to everyone who supported the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. The two events raised a total of $6,637.98, showing that when we are Better Together, we have the power to change lives.

Giving Back to the Las Vegas Community
SEPTEMBER 2025
At the 2025 Fall Cramer Annuities Roundtable, participants from across the country came together with a shared purpose of giving back to the Las Vegas community. We created meaningful connections while supporting two local organizations dedicated to providing safety, healing, and hope for people and their pets.
Many people are unaware that women may not leave dangerous situations if they have a pet because they do not know where to bring them or how to protect them. This is where The Shade Tree and Noah’s Animal House step in. These two organizations partner together to provide a safe space for women and their children leaving domestic violence situations, while also providing shelter for their pets.
To support these organizations, we divided into two groups. One group assembled comfort kits for women and children seeking refuge at The Shade Tree. These kits help meet immediate needs and offer reassurance to individuals and families rebuilding their lives after domestic violence, homelessness, or other crises.
Another group crafted pet beds and toys for Noah’s Animal House, a full-service pet shelter located on the grounds of The Shade Tree. By ensuring pets can remain with their families during times of transition, Noah’s Animal House provides comfort, emotional support, and continuity for both people and animals on the path to healing.
Together, we packed 150 bags for The Shade Tree and made pet beds, dog toys, and cat toys. Our collective efforts made a tangible impact and demonstrated the power of coming together with intention and compassion.

Giving Back to the Nashville Community
APRIL 2025
During this year’s Spring Cramer Annuities Roundtable, participants stepped away from the agenda to give back to the Nashville community. We divided into three groups, creating space for new connections while supporting three local organizations by doing impactful work.
One group made custom stuffed animals for Fannie Battle Day Home, which has provided affordable early childhood education to families in need for more than 133 years. Each toy came with a mini T-shirt participants could decorate and a “birth certificate” where participants could name their stuffed animal.
Another group crafted beaded bracelets for patients staying at Nashville Hope Lodge, a free lodging facility operated by the American Cancer Society for individuals traveling for cancer treatment. These bracelets served as small reminders of hope during a challenging time.
The final group assembled essential-item bags for Oasis Center, an organization that empowers youth across Middle Tennessee through crisis support, housing assistance, and mentoring programs.
Together, we created 24 stuffed animals, crafted bracelets for Hope Lodge patients, and assembled 100 essential-item bags for Oasis Center, making a meaningful collective impact by coming together with purpose.
